Tanfon recently completed the installation of a 20kW residential solar power system for a customer in Nigeria, helping the homeowner achieve reliable electricity and freedom from frequent power outages and expensive generator fuel.
The system is equipped with 32 high-efficiency 600W solar modules, paired with a 20kW three-phase grid-connected inverter to efficiently convert solar energy into usable electricity for the home. At the core of the solution is a 60kWh lithium battery storage system, composed of four 51.2V 300Ah lithium batteries, ensuring stable power supply even during nighttime or grid outages.
With this configuration, the system is able to provide quiet and stable electricity throughout the night, allowing the homeowner to run air conditioners in four bedrooms simultaneously without relying on noisy diesel generators. This not only eliminates fuel costs and generator noise but also significantly improves daily comfort and quality of life.
By adopting this solar-plus-storage solution, the customer has effectively achieved greater energy independence, reduced electricity expenses, and transitioned to a cleaner and more sustainable energy source.
