A large manufacturing facility in Osun State, Nigeria faced significant challenges due to an unstable local power grid. The factory’s production lines and air conditioning systems require continuous, high-load operation, and frequent power outages posed a serious risk to both manufacturing and product storage. To address this, Tanfon designed a customized 240kW hybrid solar system, incorporating 576 high-efficiency 600W solar panels and 860kWh of battery storage, paired with SUN-80K-SG01HP3-EU-EM6 inverters.
By carefully calculating the energy demands of all production and cooling equipment, the system was tailored to ensure uninterrupted operation across the entire facility. Completed in just three months from production to delivery, the system now operates reliably, providing stable power for all critical processes. The client praised our local installation team as “professional and dependable,” highlighting that this solution is not just a solar installation, but a robust safeguard for continuous production and product safety.
